Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and successfully closing business with clients in the call center industry. The Senior Account Executive is responsible to attain and exceed a targeted revenue quota through direct sales.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years direct selling of Information Technology Solutions into call center or customer relations management industries.
• Proven success in obtaining and exceeding quota requirements.
• Experience in closing accounts
• Strong ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• BS/BA required.

Technical Support Engineer

Metaphor Solutions is seeking a technical support engineer to support customers using Metpahor's Plug & Play speech IVR solutions. Responsibilities include email, live chat and phone support as well as the generation of technical specifications for prospects in sales activities. This position requires a customer-friendly personality and a customer-advocate attitude with an excellent follow-through in satisfying customers' issues.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years technical engineering support experience in software.
• Commercial experience in the speech IVR industry is a big plus.
• Experience with speech IVR tools is a plus.
